Grandstream UCM6202 Validated for Use with CX-1000 IP Intercom Series

The TOA Canada Technical Team is pleased to announce the successful validation of the Grandstream UCM6202 VoIP-PBX for integration with the TOA CX-1000 Integrated Communication System. Testing confirmed reliable SIP-based connectivity between the two platforms, providing organizations with another validated option for connecting CX-1000 systems to modern IP telephony environments.

During interoperability testing, key functions were successfully verified, including external telephone access from CX-1000 stations, inbound and outbound call routing, direct extension dialing, direct-in-line routing, SIP INFO DTMF signaling, and G.711 μ-law audio support. The validation demonstrates dependable communication between the CX-1000 and Grandstream IP-PBX platforms using SIP trunk connectivity.
