A free, online, on-demand training and certification course—the VX-3000 certification program is designed exclusively for TOA Canada customers. The program equips technicians, engineers, consultants, and system designers with the knowledge needed to confidently design, configure, deploy, and support VX-3000 voice evacuation and emergency paging systems.

Developed from the same framework as our N-8000 program, the new certification program offers flexible self-paced learning and practical instruction that can be completed anytime, anywhere. Participants gain in-depth knowledge of VX-3000 hardware, software, system design, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
The VX-3000 is one of the most powerful and versatile emergency communication system in our portfolio—by making this certification freely available online, we're helping our dealer network strengthen their technical expertise while providing greater confidence when specifying, installing, and supporting critical life safety projects.
Upon successful completion, certified individuals will demonstrate competency in:

•    Understanding VX-3000 hardware fundamentals and system capabilities
•    Designing scalable and compliant voice evacuation systems
•    Configuring systems using VX-3000 Setting Software
•    Troubleshooting and maintaining installations with confidence
•    Gaining a competitive advantage in VX-3000 specified projects, as qualified leads from the TOA design team will be shared exclusively with certified dealers
•    The certification remains valid for three years from the date of successful exam completion.
