• Selectable Mono or Stereo Balanced Output – MW‑42BT adds a user‑selectable mono/stereo balanced output, giving integrators more flexibility for stereo zones and distributed systems (MW‑41BT: mono balanced only). 
• Configurable Microphone Ducking – Keep speech intelligible on your terms: enable or disable 20 dB ducking on the MW‑42BT (MW‑41BT: fixed, always active). 
• Easier, Cleaner Field Wiring – A new removable terminal block supports 24 V DC and balanced audio wiring without relying on CAT shielded cable—making routing, shielding, and service simpler (MW‑41BT: RJ45/CAT5‑STP).  
• Enhanced Installation Robustness – Improved ESD protection, a dedicated grounding post, and a protective insulating PCB cover increase reliability during install and operation. 
• Next‑Gen Wireless – Bluetooth® moves to 5.4 for a modernized, robust link in busy RF environments (MW‑41BT: 5.0).
• Simplified Bluetooth® ID Renaming – Update the device name through PC configuration software—no USB stick required.
