The CTS‑D certification—administered by AVIXA—is a globally recognized credential that demonstrates advanced proficiency in audiovisual system design, including best practices for documentation, performance standards, and project coordination. By earning this certification, Ken further strengthens TOA Canada’s technical team and its ability to support consultants, integrators, and end users with thoughtful, standards‑based design guidance. In his role as Product Support Manager, Ken leads TOA Canada’s technical support efforts, working closely with partners across the country to deliver reliable solutions, training, and design assistance. His CTS‑D certification adds even more depth to TOA Canada’s technical resources and underscores the company’s strong focus on education and continuous improvement within the AV industry.
