Purpose
Upon assessing their audio equipment, Windsor Ford recognized they needed to upgrade their audio system in order to elevate their customers' experience and daily operation. Their main concerns were the audio quality of their background music and the intelligibility of their paging.
Challenges
Being a busy, large, open dealership with high ceilings, their main challenge was to suppress reverberation as much as possible and provide even sound throughout. Also, considering the noise level within their service bays, it was important to overcome that with clear, intelligible audio for effective communication.
Solution
TOA had devised a system that strategically placed a combination of our noninvasive PC-658R Ceiling Speakers and our sleek, modern suspended PE-304 Pendent Speakers to provide even, intelligible, high-quality audio while fully minimizing reverberation throughout all areas within the dealership. TOA had also cleverly positioned CS-304 Wide Range Weatherproof Speakers to greatly improve communication in noisy settings. The audio setup is powered and controlled by a combination of TOA's DA250FH and M-9000M2 Amplifiers, providing a generous amount of power, inputs and outputs.
