Purpose

As an ever-expanding franchise, numerous new Swiss Chalet/Harvey’s combo locations are being built. These new locations feature large, open concept indoor dining rooms that require high-quality background music to provide diners with a pleasant experience.  

Challenge

Being a large, open concept dining room, the audio system needs to be capable of evenly distributing clear, high-quality background music throughout the restaurant without being overly invasive. Furthermore, it needs to achieve this while being under budget. 

Solution

Working with a consultant, TOA designed an audio system to best meet all requirements while remaining under budget. TOA’s PE-304 pendant speakers were strategically suspended throughout the dining room to evenly distribute crystal clear audio. Additionally, TOA’s M-9000 pre-amplifier and DA-250 amplifier provided user-friendly controls and ample power.

Feedback

The restaurants had recently opened and the owners couldn’t be more satisfied. The installed pendant speakers look sleek and perform extremely well as they greatly boost the location’s dining experience.
