Given the size of individual stores and the uniformity of their layout across the province, there weren't any real major challenges to tackle for this project. Given the scope and size of this project, the most prominent challenge TOA faced was that we had to compete against multiple other vendors vying for this project.
When placed up against several competing brands, TOA came out on top , being chosen for this project due to our products' reliability, durability, and sound quality. Working with the tech team, components were deliberated on, installed, and optimized without issue.
