Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport, Dorval, QC

Transportation

Opened in 1941, Montréal-Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport is the sole Transport Canada designated international airport servicing Montréal. The airport is located roughly 20 kilometers from Downtown Montréal, Québec.

Purpose

While reviewing their current intercom setup, the airport discovered the necessity of an additional door station connected directly to a SIP server and extensions.

Challenge

As this was an addition to their existing N-8000 setup, there were no major challenges faced.

Solution

The installation of TOA Canada's N-8000SG software made it possible to easily provide an additional avenue to connect to the airport's existing SIP system.

Feedback

The airport's management are extremely happy with the connection created and greatly appreciate that all future N-8000 to SIP integration will be much easier.
