Purpose
Equip the council chamber with a more modern audio system, to provide better sound quality, better dispersion throughout the chamber and make the entire system fit seamlessly into the background of the room.
Challenge
Finding the correct speakers that were discreet, and having the entire audio system work well in the chamber, which had many architectural anomalies.
Solution
TOA used its H-2 –a dome-shaped small surface-mount– 2-way speaker that ensures quality sound reproduction while creating a pleasant looking designer feel. Combining the a 5000 series amplifier with the Microphone wireless kit provided the flexibility of moving the microphone around and adjusting the sound from the amplifier to different arrangements when the scenario called for it.
Feedback
The administrators were very happy with the resulting sound and flexibility and are now thinking of upgrading other rooms at City Hall.
