Purpose

This being a larger dealership with various segregated areas throughout, the building required a multi-zone paging system for enhanced communications and playing background music. This project was spurred on by the need to replace the dated system that was unable to deliver the desired functionality and coverage.

Challenge

Taking into consideration the style of building and desired functionality of the new system, this project posed no real challenges for our team. The audio system design was straightforward, and the installation was quickly done with no hiccups.

Solution

The audio system required a good amp to power it. The DA-250FH was selected for its reliability and wattage. In the interior of the building, customer-facing, the elegant pendant speakers (PE-304) were used. For employee-only areas the wide dispersion F-2352CU2 speakers were installed for full coverage. For the exterior of the building (i.e the car bays) TOA paging horns, SC-615T and CS-304 were installed for their clarity and high dB.

Feedback

The result was approved by management. They were very satisfied with the clarity of the audio system and felt that everyone was now safer, and they would be more efficient with the improved communication.
