Purpose

Indigo needed to improve its customers’ experience by installing a background music system that is great quality, easy to control and discreet.

Challenge

With the high and open ceilings in this location, Indigo had a major issue with reverberation, the solution needed to keep reverberation minimal whilst still producing high-quality audio.

Solution

Over 100 speakers were installed efficiently throughout the entire store. These speakers were also integrated with the current music player and amplifiers, meaning control over these new speakers was extremely convenient and familiar to staff.
