Ikea is a Swedish-founded Dutch-based multinational group, that designs and sells ready-to-assemble furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories. It has been the world's largest furniture retailer since at least 2008.

Purpose

In order to improve their customers’ experience, Ikea needed to upgrade their speaker system for improved sound and BGM. The speakers to be used needed to look great and offer reliability.

Challenge

There weren't any major challenges for this install, the project involved efficient placement of speakers throughout the store, but given the exposed ceilings this install was a breeze.

Solution

TOA recommended the sleek and high-performing pendant speakers for BGM and the F-2352C speakers for paging and notifications.
