Collège Saint-Louis is a French-speaking, public educational institution dedicated to fulfilling and insightful education. The instruction provided is in accordance with the curriculum of the Ministry of Education, and the school is part of the autonomous Marguerite Bourgeoys School Service Center. It welcomes students from throughout the school board territory, with more than 900 students and 70 staff members.

Purpose

While Collège Saint-Louis was reviewing their gymnasium sound equipment, they had decided to replace their aged EV Horn-loaded 15” loudspeakers. They required a solution that would produce superior sound quality.

Challenge

Considering the conditions of the gymnasium, the replacement speakers had to be capable of dispersing intelligible, high-quality sound vertically with minimal-to-no reverberation.
