Purpose
Blackbridge Harley-Davidson contacted TOA Canada to upgrade their audio equipment used for BGM (background music) at their retail location. They required this update to greatly improve the atmosphere and overall customer experience.
Challenge
The high ceilings created a challenge to run wiring and select the correct speakers required to produce the quality of sound needed from that height.
Solution
The skilled TOA Canada technicians used sound design software to assess the needs of the facility and accurately decide which equipment was required to install. TOA worked with the installer to ensure all equipment was positioned accurately and reverberation was kept to an absolute minimum.
