Purpose
This was a new build for the community, and a sound system and classroom voice enhancement system were required. An intelligible system was necessary in the gymnasium for all staff and students.
Challenges
No real challenge during the install process. TOA work closely with the engineers’ when planning and designing the system.
Solution
TOA recommended the very popular IR-800 classroom voice lift kit which has proven to enhance student learning with the wide dispersion speaker and reliable teacher and student microphone. In the gymnasium the powerful HX-5 compact array speakers in combination with the M-864D DSP to deliver the clarity the school expected.
Feedback
Once the school opened and sta was able to utilize the equipment, they found the systems provided the clarity and engagement of students they expected.
