Amazon, one of the largest retailers in the world has various fulfillment facilities in Canada including this one in Brampton. The facility holds hundreds of thousands of products at any time in their 850,000 square foot facility and is equipped with high tech robotics that move around the floor picking and distributing products.
Purpose
Amazon has always been a forward thinking company and taking the employee experience sincerely. For this project, management wanted to increase employee satisfaction and improve the facility atmosphere. They wanted a Background Music audio system in the lunchroom for staff enjoyment.
Challenges
No challenges, very straightforward product recommendation and installation.
Solution
TOA designed the system based on the room specifications. Utilized the sleek pendant speakers and the versatile A-824D digital amplifier as the head end. Worked well in open ceiling
