Opened in 1999, Leo Hayes is a public high school located in Fredericton, New Brunswick.
Leo Hayes wanted the ability to use their library as a multi-purpose space; therefore, requiring a higher quality sound system. Turning their library into a multi-purpose space will increase the space available to teach and hold events.
TOA had to create a sound system that worked throughout the library’s sitting area. The sound quality had to be clear and easily understood over the daily noise that occurs, while also cutting down on reverberation caused by the large space and high ceilings.
TOA worked with the installer and provided all of the right equipment to overcome the challenge. The newly installed TOA equipment produced high-quality audio and minimized reverberation.
The school is very happy with the new installation, so much so that they are even considering upgrading other parts of the building
