Purpose

The municipal building required an enhancement in the audio system within the council chamber. A superior sound quality is necessary throughout the chamber, along with a conference system that can be managed and deliver articulate speech.

Challenges

Collaborating with the city and integrator enabled us to overcome the challenges by implementing TOA developed solutions. One of the obstacles we faced was replacing the old system and efficiently managing the TOA equipment within the limited space available. It was crucial to ensure that the conference system seamlessly replaced the previous one. Transitioning to TOA's 9000 series matrix mixer for the head end was a daunting task as we aimed to deliver flawless sound throughout the building. Despite initial nervousness, the outcome exceeded the city's expectations after the installation was completed.

Solution

TOA utilized the TS-820 series for the councilors and incorporated the amplifier and speakers in order to enhance sound quality and sound dispersion while working with the installer.

Feedback

The improved sound quality and new system were met with much delight by the city and council members.
