TOA Technical Support Team Achieves CTS Certification Milestone


TOA is overjoyed to announce that our entire technical support team is now CTS certified! After what could be best described as a breeze for our technical support team, they all now join our sales team in being credited as individuals capable of aiding in creating, implementing, supporting, and servicing audiovisual solutions that meet and exceed the client’s needs.

Regulated by Avixa (Audiovisual and Integrated Experience Association), the “Certified Technology Specialist” (CTS) certification proves that holders at all levels of certification (CTS, CTS-I, CTS-D) have demonstrated their audiovisual knowledge and/or skills. Certified individuals are able to maintain and develop their skills and status further through continued education. While we were already extremely confident in the skills and expertise of our dedicated team members, we view this milestone as a testament to our desire for growing knowledge, and a commitment to continuous improvement. Here at TOA, we strive to place ourselves at the forefront of industry standards, and continue to provide our clients with the highest levels of quality and professionalism possible!
