Purpose

The hotel needed to improve the PA and paging system in the hotel for the benefit of both the guests and the staff alike. It was important to the team over at the Hilton Garden Inn that they have clear sound, and that all messages are better dispersed throughout the building than they were prior to the install.

Challenge

The Hilton Garden Inn in Ottawa, Ontario has been divided into a multi-zone facility with the lobby, hallways, restaurant, restrooms, and meetings rooms (four of the meeting rooms can be combined or separated). TOA's job was to ensure the paging and Public Address system's worked well throughout all areas and had all the functions needed for the hotel and was easy to use. 

Solution

TOA used its technical expertise in outfitting the hotels with a Public Address and Paging system. With our technical team behind the design and the use of multiple speakers and mixers, the resulting system worked tremendously. 

Feedback

The hotel was very happy with the project overall, especially the new sound clarity. The capabilities and ease of use of the system were also a key component of their contentment.
