Trantec Volume Level Adjustments

Do you find that the volume levels are too low on TOA's Trantec Series S4.16 Lavalier Microphone System? Follow these simple steps to adjust the volume to the appropriate levels.

Inside the case of the belt pack are two settings. There is an overall Mic/Line sensitivity switch marked INST MIC and a GAIN control. Please when asked regarding this issue that you have the operator confirm the following;

  • Sensitivity switch set to MIC for the lav mic
  • Gain adjusted to an appropriate level.

TOA's technical support team has tested these adjustments and are finding that they have ample amount of gain when set properly.
