Warranty Guidelines

Should a TOA product fail do to a manufacturing defect, the item will be repaired under warranty at one of TOA's authorized service depots.

  • First step is to fill the PDF Return Authorization and Repair form on our website and wait for one of our team members to contact you. They will call you to discuss what are the
    next stes to take deending on the issue with the product and if covered under the TOA warranty, 
  • All products must be shipped pre-paid and accompanied by a copy of the original TOA invoice showing the product to be serviced.
