Available now is a new service where our Technical Support team is available to help in the decision making
process on whether or not a TOA product can be repaired and is it worth it. We have developed a Repair
Service Form to capture information about the customer and the product in question. There is a section
that allows the user to describe what the issue is in detail, which will be highly useful for our team to analyze
the overall information.

the way to ensure that we provide a proper and effective solution, quickly. Our goal is to speed up
the turnaround time for customers who are facing malfunctioning TOA products and get it back to them
